Gurunanak Jayanti Celebration ( Senior Wing)
The students of Class IX C presented a soul-stirring morning assembly to mark Guru Nanak Jayanti, honouring the birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the revered founder of Sikhism and a harbinger of peace, harmony, and equality.
The assembly opened with a heartfelt poem that eloquently captured the essence of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s timeless teachings on truth, compassion, and humility. The centrepiece of the presentation was a beautifully enacted play portraying key moments from the Guru’s life. Each scene resonated with his universal messages of unity, selfless service, and unwavering faith in God. A brief yet engaging quiz that followed tested the audience’s attentiveness and deepened their connection to the Guru’s wisdom.
The melodious rendition of Shabads filled the air with devotion, creating an aura of serenity that touched every heart. The assembly drew to a close with an inspiring address by the Leadership Team, who urged everyone to embody Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s guiding principles of righteousness, empathy, and kindness in daily life.
It was an enriching and spiritually uplifting experience that left the gathering immersed in peace, gratitude, and quiet reflection.
