Brahm Dutt Blue Bells Public School hosted an insightful Orientation Programme for parents of Classes VI to IX on March 29, 2025, reaffirming the vital role of collaboration between parents and educators in shaping young minds. The event provided a platform for meaningful dialogue, ensuring a shared vision for students’ academic and personal growth.
Dr. Trilok Singh Bist, Principal, BDBBPS, emphasised on the importance of active parental engagement in a child’s educational journey. Parents were acquainted with the school’s policies, achievements, and new initiatives, including NCC, Scouts and Guides, and the innovative Metaverse Program. They were also briefed on the school’s code of conduct, emphasizing values, respect, and responsibility, along with a detailed overview of the examination structure and assessment criteria.
To foster a holistic approach to education, the Health and Wellness Programme engaged parents in activities that highlighted the significance of physical and mental well-being. The Learning and Development Department presented tailored strategies aimed at enhancing students' academic growth and skill-building. Additionally, the ICT curriculum and advanced teaching pedagogies were showcased, demonstrating how digital learning tools and smart classrooms empower students with conceptual clarity and an enriched learning experience.
The introduction of class teachers for the new session further strengthened the parent-school connection, promoting an environment of trust and collaboration.
